Refund and cancellation policy

Cab Cancellation Policy

  • ₹ 500 or 25% of the total booking cost whichever less shall be deducted as processing charges for all types of cancellations
  • Full amount will be refunded if the cab booking is cancelled 30 days before the date of arrival.
  • 25% of the total cost will be deducted if the booking is cancelled 15 days before the date of arrival.
  • 50% of the total amount will be deducted if the booking is cancelled 7 days before the date of arrival.
  • 75% of the total amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 3 days before the date of arrival.
  • No refund will be made if the booking is cancelled within 3 days from the date of arrival.
  • No refund will be made in case of mechanical trouble to the vehicle or natural calamities like, landslides, flood, earthquake, heavy snow fall or any other reason beyond the control of the Nexgen Tour Operators.
  • Nexgen Tour Operators shall not be responsible in any matter whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passengers during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicle or due to any other cause/unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of agency.

Tour Package Cancellation Policy

  • ₹ 2,000 or 25% of the total package cost whichever less shall be deducted as processing charges for all types of cancellations.
  • Full amount will be refunded if the package booking is cancelled 30 days before the date of arrival.
  • 25% of the total package cost will be deducted if the package booking is cancelled 15 days before the date of arrival.
  • 50% of the total amount will be deducted if the package booking is cancelled 7 days before the date of arrival.
  • 75% of the total amount will be deducted if package booking is cancelled 3 days before the date of arrival.
  • No refund will be made if the package booking is cancelled within 3 days from the date of arrival.
  • Packages booked for the peak seasons viz; 15th Dec- 15th Jan & 1st April- 31st July shall not be cancelled at all except special circumstances where refund shall be given as per the cancellation policy of the hotels.
  • Nexgen Tour Operators shall not be responsible in any matter whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passengers during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicle or due to any other cause/unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of agency.
